iSHADE BETA

iShade is the accounting profession online.

During our final development phase, we are offering Beta testing for interested firms that register with iShade in advance of our public launch. In exchange for feedback on the overall functionality and usefulness of the site, firms that register for our pre-launch program will receive a complimentary iShade Learning subscription for the length of the beta (November 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010). During this time we will be bringing the site online and running an abbreviated schedule of webinars and local training. To join the Beta, just click on the orange "Join the Beta" button.

As a Beta firm, you receive complimentary access to iShade Learning for the duration of the Beta period. Your iShade Learning firm membership includes an individual iShade Learning membership for every staff member, regardless of the size of your firm.

Along with access to the iShade faculty, an iShade Learning firm membership grants users access to a myriad of useful tools including practice aids, webinars, online chats, podcasts, white papers, surveys, checklists and templates that can help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization as a whole.

Additional features of iShade Learning firm memberships include:

• The ability to send an unlimited number of participants to various CPE classes — at cost
• Access to weekly webinars and online chat sessions with the iShade faculty and members of the iShade marketplace
• The ability to join topical special interest groups (SIGs) and join discussions moderated by members of the iShade faculty
• Access to online practice aids (SaaS "widgets") within your firm's intranet environment

Please note: Live training will be rolled out gradually, beginning in St. Louis. All iShade Learning members are invited to attend those trainings regardless of where you live. As iShade gains critical mass, live training will begin in other cities, dates TBA.
