Does anyone use an indemnification clause in their client engagement letters, if so, would you mind sharing an example of your engagement letter?

Here's an example indemnification clause I have used in certain of my engagement letters:

"ABC Company ("ABC"), or any party acting on its behalf, shall not hold XYZ CPA, P.C. ("XYZ") or any of its affiliates or representatives legally responsible for any loss or liability, in excess of the amount of fees XYZ collects from ABC on this assignment, that may result from the non-discovery of facts or information that could otherwise have influenced the outcome or interpretation of XYZ's findings, analyses, or reports. Furthermore, ABC agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, including legal defense costs, XYZ and its representatives from any claim brought by a third party asserting that XYZ or any of its representatives were negligent or acted in bad faith in providing the services covered by this letter, in excess of the amount of fees XYZ from ABC on this assignment."
